When are my items shipped?
Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation of your order shipment with tracking once fulfilled. You can also check your account in the order section for tracking.
What are my options for shipping Domestic(USA) & International (Rest of the World)?
Domestic: First Class Mail
International: First Class International Mail

Timeframe until I receive my shipment?
Domestic (USA): 1-3 days Estimated
Canada: 1-2 Weeks Estimated
Rest of the World: 1-4 Weeks Estimated
I am impatient where is my order?
Please check your tracking information for the "estimated" arrival date. We are responsible for shipping the item and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If there are issues with the delivery of your item please follow up with the carrier first before contacting sales@iheartmiette.com
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Exchange Only. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs requirement of the buyer. We recommend shipping with tracking. We are not liable for returned items that were shipped without a trackable option.

Cancellations?
Due to the timing in which we get your order and the quick turnaround, we are unable to accept canceled orders.
Damaged Item?
Should there be any damage in transit please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo (for insurance purposes).
Lost Package?
Should there be any lost package? We will refund you the cost of the item lost in the mail. But, you are still responsible for the shipping of the package and that will not be returned. If you have any question please dont hesitate to send us an email at sales@iheartmiette.com
